Reservation Procedures

Reservations will be made on an individual basis.

All reservations must be received no later than 1/25/2008. At that time, any uncommitted rooms will be released for general sale, and future reservations will be subject to space and rate availability.

Guarantee: Rooms must be guaranteed for late arrival to an individual's credit card or first night's room and tax advance deposit. Any guaranteed reservations not canceled before (12:00 PM) on the arrival date, and not used, will be subsequently billed to the credit card on file or against the advance deposit. Reservations without a form of guarantee will not be accepted.
